Is the chicken really gluten free?

And dairy free too! Our dredge, breading, and even the soy sauce that we use to brine the chicken are gluten free and celiac friendly. Hey, if chicken is your thing, we wanna be a part of it.

How many pieces do we get?

Each part is sold and priced for individual pieces. This allows you to order any combination of pieces and spice level that you want! We don’t want to hinder or restrict anyone’s chicken desires and dreams. Eight thighs and a spicy wing? Gotchu. One drum and two thighs, one spice one regular? Gotchu. A dozen sticks? We gotchu!

It’s a new era, how do we pay?

We’re glad you asked! Since the world is the way it is we have chosen to be completely cashless. That means we have no physical American currency anywhere in our space (unless we find that lucky dollar bill in our coat pocket!). We do; however, accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, electronic wallet stuffs, phone tapping, and if all else fails you’re more than welcome to Venmo us.

Why is my food not ready when I get there?

“Pick up time” is misleading, sorry about that, let’s call it a “check in time” instead. Although we present ourselves as “fast food” we still take the quality approach first which means we don’t actually start to box up your food until you show up. This helps us keep your food more fresh for when you pick up because life happens. Sometimes there’s traffic, sometimes an event was canceled and now you have extra free time and you want to eat earlier, sometimes you forget what time you actually wanted to pick up, and sometimes everyone has the same idea. So we’d prefer to try and keep your dinner hot so that it doesn’t just sit in the box and get lonely. Please allow anywhere from 5-15 minutes for the kitchen to put your order together after you check in, trust us, it’s worth it!

Service charge, but why??

Here’s the thing; we know that tipping has been an industry standard for many many years and although it may work for some, we find it’s not the best fit for our restaurant model; and if you’re familiar with our restaurant you know that we are unlike 95% of other typical restaurants. We pride ourselves on having an accessible work-life balance and a service charge allows us to have two vacations a year, it provides heath coverage that is 100% taken care of by the company, higher wages and wage increases, and overall helps to provide a lifestyle that is comparable to those outside of the service industry who have access to these relatively basic benefits and hopefully as the company grows it will allow for us to be able to offer more. We don’t accept cash tips and will never expect you to pay more than what is on your ticket. The biggest tip we can receive is your continued support and patronage so that we can continue to feed you…and make spicy challenge videos with Stephen.

Sometimes the chicken pieces are different sizes, what’s the deal, I still gotta pay the same price?

Because we love chicken so much, we respect them first as an actual animal and don’t see them as just a cash c…..chicken. For the most part, our kinds of chickens are raised in healthier conditions and the crazy thing is that nature is kind of a wildcard like that. Quality products are worth it, even when they’re fried. We also do our part when we see smaller pieces and try to add some extras in there. We don’t want to kill those fried chicken dreams.

Why is the online store not working?

If you’re trying to order and you see that the online store is down or says “unavailable” it’s because we’ve sold out and have turned off the online store. Yes, even when it’s 5pm, that’s the reason. We sell out quickly!
